SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

General Terms:

We strive to deliver products purchased from Lacafe in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)

If a part of the order is canceled, shipping charges will not be refunded

If an order is returned which is delivered to the destination, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Kindly note that cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy.

We at Lacafe offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs.499.

All orders usually get shipped within 3-5 working days. So you can expect delivery between 7-10 days for India and 15-20 days for orders outside India.

Art Prints usually get shipped within 5-7 working days. So you can expect delivery between 8-15 days for India and 20-25 days for orders outside India.

You will get a tracking link/number in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we or the parcel/courier/logistics service provider may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Ujjwal Ratna is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Ujjwal Ratna. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Lacafe, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.

Return / Refund / Replacement:

If you have received a damaged product:

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at houselacafe@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced once. The damaged product has to be dispatched back within 3 working days.

Complete address with postal code will be provided to the customer to ship the product back for return once return & replacement query received.

Please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any further damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the replacement/code to be processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No return / refund / exchange is possible for customized products.

Cancellation:

Please mail us at ratnaujjwal889@gmail.com for a cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

Orders can be canceled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.

No cancellation is applicable for customized products once the order is placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

Orders from outside of India cannot be canceled once placed.

Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.

If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.

Refund for the canceled order:

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7-12 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit/debit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Currently, we do not offer Cash On Delivery. However, work is in progress for making COD available.

Currency Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) & US Dollar (USD) (In case of outside India)

Processing Orders

Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at houselacafe@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
